WHO WE ARE
Dr. Tessa R. Sutton is president of the Intercultural Relations Group and a Certified Diversity Executive. She helps business, education, and community leaders create inclusive environments that break silos, build teams, and engage talents to reach organizational outcomes for a sustainable future. Tessa serves on the Sister Cities International Board. Tessa has earned a PhD in educational leadership and holds master’s degrees in education and intercultural relations. Her goal is to serve the global community—promoting, creating, and sustaining an inclusive community environment through education.
